We offer you Wood-Fired Food Catering at Private Events, Weddings, Corporate Lunches/Dinners, Birthday Parties, for any celebration and gathering!
The benefit of our style is mobility, we bring the oven to your party. Be it at your home, venue, or anywhere you have gathered. We show up with wood fired and brick oven treats cooked right in front of you. Pizza's are prepared at the venue from hand shaped dough balls that have been slowly proofing for 24-48 hours. This way they are freshly shaped from delicious artisan style dough right before they are put into our 600-800 degree wood fired oven.
We have a beautifully hand crafted oven and great layout of a buffet style wedding service. We pull everything out of the trailer including our prep material, if there is room to do so. This way you and guests of your party can watch as the pizzas are hand shaped and made right in front of you.
